Engage in role play I
a) Come together in an online-meeting (Date in News and Announcements). Please use the online-meeting room that your trainer has assigned to you. Remember the information and start the following role play.
b) Afterwards, divide into 5 groups for the next task (role play step 2). Each group has to prepare a role for the upcoming second role play. There are five roles to play (Person Z, Individual/Institution, Ombudsperson 1, Ombudsperson 2 and Ombudsperson 3). Decide, which role will be played by which group.
Note: Each group has to sketch out their role in advance. Person Z’s group also has to decide in advance which misconduct case will be discussed. The briefly outlined case has to be announced in the forum.
To prepare the roles, each group has to meet in advance. Therefore, make an appointment with your group. Get in touch with your group using your preferred video communication tool. (Please make sure that data protection standards meet your home country's requirements.) Sketch out together your role in a few sentences using the information in the graphic (see Step II). Finally, appoint your “actor” for the role play.
